The rules for using the CardHaven marketplace.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CardHaven. By creating an account or using the marketplace, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and account responsibilities
- You must be legally allowed to enter binding agreements in your jurisdiction.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and devices secure.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
2. Marketplace role
CardHaven provides a platform where users can list and purchase digital gift card value. We are not the issuer of third-party gift cards and do not guarantee issuer acceptance.
3. Buyer terms
- Review listing details before purchasing.
- Do not attempt to reverse, abuse, or duplicate redemption flows.
- Report invalid or unavailable value through the platform dispute process.
4. Seller terms
- You may only list gift card value you have lawful rights to sell.
- Listings must be accurate, complete, and not misleading.
- You are responsible for dispute outcomes and applicable fees described in listing and policy flows.
5. Payments, deposits, and withdrawals
- Crypto payments are subject to blockchain confirmation and processor/network conditions.
- Withdrawals are reviewed under risk and security controls before submission.
- You are responsible for wallet/address accuracy when requesting withdrawals.
6. Prohibited conduct
- Fraud, theft, money laundering, sanctions violations, or unauthorized account access.
- Attempting to bypass platform security controls, risk controls, or rate limits.
- Uploading harmful content or using the platform to distribute malware or exploit code.
- Abusive behavior toward users, staff, or support channels.
7. Disputes and enforcement
CardHaven may place transactions under review, request evidence, and resolve disputes based on platform records and policy rules. We may suspend, limit, or close accounts that violate these Terms or create unacceptable risk.
8. Service availability and disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CardHaven disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CardHaven and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
